Orders Packaged Separately

Due to product availability, at times products will ship from different depots (even when ordered in the same transaction). If this occurs:

• Multiple packages may be delivered on different days. 
• Packages may be delivered by different couriers. 

Before lodging a ticket with Customer Support, log in to your Abler account and view the status of your order (multiple tracking numbers indicate more than one package is being shipped).
