Ideally AbSucralfate should be given two or three times a day, either 30 minutes before or two hours after meals or medication. While treatment three times per day is ideal, for some this is not feasible; treatment twice a day will still be effective. 

AbSucralfate should not be given at the same time as other medications, as it is known to limit their effectiveness.
